Exclusive Inbound Call Leads for Unpaid Overtime and Missed Meal Breaks

Pay per call, not per form. No setup fees and no long-term contracts. You only pay for workers who call in about a specific unpaid overtime or meal-break problem, pass screening against your criteria, and stay on the line with your intake team for 2 minutes.

Most Lead Sellers Hand You a Name, Not a Conversation

The usual model works like this: someone fills out a form, a vendor sells it, and your intake team starts dialing. Many of those calls go to voicemail, and hours disappear before anyone hears about the worker’s pay.

We run it the other way around. The worker takes a short quiz from our ad, answers AI screening questions checked against your written criteria, agrees to talk with your firm by name, and is transferred live while still on the line.

Your intake team should spend its time talking, not dialing.

Three Reasons Screened Transfers Beat Form Leads

Screened Against Your Written Criteria

Every worker answers AI screening questions built from the criteria sheet you sign. The AI says it is automated, notes the facts and checks them against your criteria. A person reviews any answer the AI is unsure of, and your lawyers decide every matter.

Billed Only After 120 Seconds

Under the Two-Minute Rule, a transfer is billable only after your intake staff has been on the line with the worker for 120 seconds. AI screening, the introduction, ringing, menus, voicemail and holds never count, and a missed transfer is never billed.

One Firm Per Caller

The worker agrees to talk with your firm by name before the transfer and goes to no other firm. We never resell a caller.

From Ad to Intake Line in 4 Steps

We advertise, screen and transfer. Here is exactly what happens before your phone rings.

  1. Worker Sees a Targeted Ad

Each pay situation gets its own ad and a short quiz on our consumer site.

  2. AI Screens by Voice or Chat

The worker starts the call or chat. The AI says it is automated and checks each answer against your criteria.

  3. Worker Agrees to Your Firm

They consent to talk with your firm by name. We check your staffed hours and capacity first.

  4. Live Transfer to Your Team

The 120-second clock runs only while your staff is on the line with the worker.

Frequently Asked Questions

What firms ask before the criteria call. Every term below goes into your written agreement.

What exactly am I paying for?

A flat $350 for each qualified live transfer, with no separate fee for connecting. A qualified live transfer is a live call transfer to your firm that meets all of these objective conditions: (1) the worker reported being in a state you selected (New York or Illinois); (2) the worker’s answers fall within the issue types and factual criteria listed in your signed criteria sheet (for example, pay issue, employer location, dates worked); (3) the worker gave consent, captured and logged with a timestamp, to be connected to your firm, named before the transfer; (4) the call reached your live intake staff during your staffed hours; (5) your staff was on the call for 120 seconds under the Two-Minute Rule; and (6) the call is not a duplicate within 180 days or otherwise invalid under the written credit terms. A transfer is qualified based on these conditions alone. It never depends on the merits of the claim, whether your firm accepts or is retained for the matter, or any recovery. Your firm decides whether to represent the worker.

Does the AI decide whether someone has a claim?

Never. The AI notes the facts the worker gives and checks them against your written criteria. It does not judge merits, deadlines, exemptions or representation, and a person reviews any answer it is unsure of. Your lawyers decide every matter.

How many firms get the same caller?

One. A caller goes only to the firm they agreed to talk with, and we never resell a caller or pass one to another firm.

What if we miss the transfer or we are closed?

There is no charge. Before each transfer we check your staffed hours and capacity, and if you are closed or full the worker hears your next staffed window. After two missed transfers in a row during your staffed hours, routing to your firm pauses until you reconfirm capacity.

What never counts toward the 120 seconds?

AI screening, the transfer introduction, ringing, phone menus, voicemail and any hold, including one your team starts. Separate attempts are never added together, and nothing is rounded up: 119 seconds with your staff is no charge, and 180 seconds with 70 on hold is 110 seconds, so no charge. If hold or answer time cannot be established, the call is not billed; missing data never means zero hold time.

When is a call credited?

We credit a billed call for a documented mismatch with the objective criteria in your signed criteria sheet, the wrong person or geography, substantiated representation that began before the call, a duplicate within 180 days, or missing consent or evidence. A decline on the merits after a valid 120 seconds is not a credit. You have 5 business days to claim a credit, and we respond within 3.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. The worker hears a recording notice before the call starts, and you get the recording of every transfer along with its facts brief. Recordings also settle any billing question.

Which states?

We deliver wage and hour transfers in New York and Illinois. Practicing somewhere else? Tell us on the criteria call.

How does billing work?

Through a weekly, itemized reconciliation. Each invoice lists only evidenced, undisputed qualified live transfers, and we review each one before the invoice goes out. Payment is due 7 days after the invoice, with no prepayment. The first order is a minimum of 10 qualified transfers, and there are no setup fees.

Where do the workers come from?

From our own ads about specific pay situations. Each ad leads to a short quiz on our consumer site. An AI screener then checks the worker’s answers against your written criteria by voice or web chat, and the worker’s call to our line is then transferred live to your firm. Workers who call in get the same AI disclosure and give the same consent, captured and logged with a timestamp, to be connected to your firm, named before the transfer. We never cold-call or text workers. Workers start every call and chat themselves. We do not use purchased lists.

What does my team have to do?

Answer transfers during the staffed hours you set, take the conversation from there, and log a disposition by the next business day. We handle the ads, the quiz, the screening, the records and the billing review.

Does it work with our CRM?

Yes. Each transfer’s facts brief, consent record and call details go straight into your intake system, including Clio, Filevine, Litify and most other major legal CRMs. If you don’t use one, we send them by email.

How soon can calls start?

As soon as your criteria, staffed hours and terms are signed. You get a one-page setup spec right after the criteria call.

Is this a referral fee or fee-splitting?

The charge is a flat advertising and intake charge per qualified live transfer. It never depends on whether you take the matter or on any recovery. Before the transfer, the worker is told your firm pays to advertise and agrees to be connected to your firm by name.
